Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Salary: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to Clean desk

Our company is currently seeking a reliable and efficient Mailroom Associate to join our team. As a Mailroom Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing and delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of mail and package deliveries
  • Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters, mail scales, and mail carts
  • Respond to inquiries regarding mail and package deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized mailroom
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate recipients
  • Process outgoing mail and packages, including preparing and affixing postage and labels
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 pounds
  • Clean Background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to operate mailroom equipment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
