Loss Prevention Analyst Jobs

Position Summary:

The Loss Prevention Analyst is a corporate role that reports to the Security & Loss Prevention Manager and will be a member of the Americas Internal Control Team. The Loss Prevention Analyst is responsible for protecting Bulgari assets and employees from risks. This position will work, with stores and office teams, mainly on security & safety, frauds investigation & analysis, review & set of protocols/procedures, audit & compliance. This position will cover all of the locations in Bulgari Americas.

Essential Duties:

• Attend monthly meetings to discuss overall security operations, teamwork, including Internal or External security needs or issues
• Support store team and management in the daily requests
• Ensure the safety, security of all employees and assets assigned to each Bulgari locations
• Attending and securing all "In Store" / "Out of Store" PR/Marketing and High Jewelry Events
• Act as prime point of contact for security vendors regarding the maintenance requests of security equipment, CCTVC, access control fobs, fire, burglar alarm systems for all Bulgari locations in Americas
• Support the management to responds and coordinates emergencies
• Participate with Quarterly store inventory and store audits
• Train all employees (new hires and colleagues) on Loss Prevention policies and procedures along with security protocols and practices
• Assisting with programs designed to protect brand assets from loss due to internal/external theft, fraud and unsafe practices
• Support with Fraud Management by resolving charge back disputes and investigate fraud patterns
• Set up Dashboards and KPI’s to monitor Loss Prevention Activities and set Action Plan accordingly
• Support and effectively investigate all situations of Loss, Theft, and Fraud
• Provide support with new Store Openings in North America

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice or related field of study
• SAP ERP knowledge
• 3-5 years of experience in retail loss prevention, security or law enforcement
• Strong computer system and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Availability to travel and work a flexible schedule at times
