2+ years of management experience as a multi-unit Loss Prevention leader.

Strong management and supervisory skills.

Partner with district and store management to identify shrink priorities and develop shrinkage reduction strategies within your assigned district.

Manage the staffing plan; recruit, interview and hire Loss Prevention staff.

Knowledge of dynamic Loss Prevention methods and shrink strategies.

Strong investigation and interviewing skills.

Responds to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to Store Management or customer service via a Company-issued radio.

Observes and reports any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or Store Management.

Performs a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management.

Calls police only when directed by the appropriate LP Associate or Store Management in an emergency.

Documents required incidents in AIIM (case management).

1+ year of leadership or management experience

Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Excel

Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Excellent communication skills and good judgment

2 years of experience in loss prevention or inventory management.

Trained knowledge of operational integrity, process, safety, and risk to reduce operational risk.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

SAP experience is an asset.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Conducts investigation of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition.

Comply with all Corporate Loss Prevention safety and security management guidelines and procedures.

Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.

Assists in minimizing cost of accident claims through aggressive claims management.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

Handles all escalation issues related to Overdues & Impounds with Field Management, Security, ERS and Impound Vendor.

Manage the local and one-way overdue Budget Truck rentals.

Manages risk associated with internal customers to ensure loss prevention agents are managing the process appropriately.

Responsible for bi-annual Truck Inventory including SOX requirement documentation.

Create and conduct training modules for TCS Manager and Team Leaders based upon quality reports.

College Degree (Business, Criminal Justice, or Communications) or equivalent work experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or can be substituted with 7 years of management experience.

Digital video surveillance system management, which includes maintenance issues, functionality, specifications, new installs, and programming.

Experience with investigations, including in-person and telephone interviews preferred. (Wicklander-Zulawski certification a plus)

Manage, implement, and/or support programs related to third party inventory services.

3-5 years of loss prevention experience, preferably in a retail/repair environment.

Experience in investigations and resolutions preferred.

Conduct on-going loss prevention, safety, and shrinkage awareness programs for all associates and management staff

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Behavioral and phone investigative interview experience in a retail setting (2+ years)

Experience reporting and evaluating database information (2 years)

Loss prevention experience, including theft recognition, shrinkage prevention, and case development and documentation in a retail environment.

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information effectively.

Knowledge of investigative policies and practices for point-of-sale systems

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Loss Prevention at a senior or executive managerial level.

Understanding of retail as it relates to inventory control, profit contribution, and organizational/management operations.

Professional Certification is highly desired (CPA, CFE, CPP, CFI, etc.).

10 years of experience in Loss Prevention.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of physical, document, personnel, and operational systems security

Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge and remain current on new developments in cybersecurity capabilities and industry knowledge

Logging, monitoring, and security event management

Bachelors’ Degree or industry equivalent work experience

1-3 years experience working in cybersecurity or information security

Experience with process automation and using one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Javascript)

Accurately identify and escalate DLP events based on sensitivity of data types
