• Perform month-end closing process
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed
• Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement
• Perform GL account reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged items
• Contact/escalate to other team members to resolve issues with vendor accounts that might affect operation
• Process logistics invoices, contact 3PL vendors to reconcile accounting issues or discrepancies
• Support external and internal audit / risk management requirements as needed
• Perform financial forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts

• Expert Excel skill is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree [in Accounting, Business Finance or similar]
• Organized and detail oriented
• 2-4 years of work experience in a business finance or logistics environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

• Bilingual (English/Korean)
• Knowledge and/or experience of Financial audit preparation/defense is plusThe salary range for this role, for candidates based in CA, is expected to be between $90,00 and $99,00. • Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP
• General knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain
