This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor Requirements:

Control the recruitment, training and performance management of logistics personnel to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, remote staff and external stakeholders.

Coordinate transportation, storage and distribution of goods according to customer requirements, minimizing costs and increasing efficiency.

Manage stock levels, track stock levels and take appropriate action to avoid shortages or overstocks.

Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices and regulations.

Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data, creating reports and making data-driven decisions.

1. Assist the logistics manager to deal with logistics warehousing related documents, bills, coordination and other matters;

1. Have a concept of the logistics industry, and must have experience in the industry;

2. Do a good job in relevant cargo data recording, archiving, internal warehouse docking and transfer, etc.;

5+ years of Executive Assistant experience

Advanced skills in PowerPoint, ability to work with large information/data to make it visually pleasing

Prepare high level, and complex presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents

Equivalent Experience/Education: 5-7 years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Manage and maintain shipping containers from post port per C-TPAT and MOBIS requirements.

Degree Field: Business management, Supply Chain Management or related field

Manage the packing approval process from suppliers to determine how products will be packaged for delivery.

Monitor MRP process and daily requirements.
