Responsibilities:

• Analyze source files to identify potential risks and establish preventive action initiatives
• Coordinate with internal requestors and external resources to make sure on-schedule, high-quality delivery
• Propose suggestions to the team for process improvement, tool and system optimization
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders across different time zones to ensure effective cross-team collaboration
• Manage a full cycle of localization projects from Initiating, executing to closing.
• Keep project & finance data up to date to make sure budgetary adherence for project-based quotes
• Organize training sessions for LSPs to review feedback and troubleshoot all projects related issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of localization project management experience
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multitasks affectively
• Cross-functional collaboration experience in working with stakeholders from the Product, Marketing and Technical teams is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills both in English and Chinese
• Familiarity with computer-aided translation platform or tools such as SDL Studio, XTM Cloud or WorldServer
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
• A second foreign language skill is preferred

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $120000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
