As a World Ready Project Manager, you will:

• Manage projects that include stakeholders and team members from Product, UX Design, Content, Engineering, and Localization.

3+ years of localization project management experience

Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

Manage a full cycle of localization projects from Initiating, executing to closing.

Keep project & finance data up to date to make sure budgetary adherence for project-based quotes

Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills both in English and Chinese

A second foreign language skill is preferred

- 1-3 years of experience in localization engineering and/or management

Role responsibilities are split between localization workflow coordination/production work and relevant documentation/training material maintenance needs.

- Basic experience in crafting support content/training materials

- Knowledge of standard web technologies and coding languages such as PHP, XHTML, HTML, XML,CSS, JavaScript

- Engineering and/or hands-on programming experience

- Knowledge of additional languages other than English

2 - 3 years of prior vendor/project management experience.

Scripting Knowledge (2 years of experience is preferred)

Independently and proactively manage project elements within the program.

Minimum 2 years of experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Localization (2 years of experience is required)

3， Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that localization requirements are integrated into the product development process

2+ years’ experience in localization management, copyediting, or Korean > English translation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Language Studies, Localization Management, Translation or related field preferred

Manages assignment of content to vendors and freelance linguists and copyeditors across multiple time zones

Working knowledge of localization tools and building and maintaining linguistic assets

Oversees the life-cycle of a project from initial translation to final copy-edit

Identifies issues and solutions to optimize the localization workflow

3-5 years of experience in technical program management, software development, or a related field

Experience with Localization tools and systems, including translation management systems, content management systems, and terminology management tools

Management of projects within Localization technology and operations, from scoping to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time
