What to Expect:
Learn your way through multiple positions of a traditional brigade system, saute, broil, grill, pantry and banquet positions. Competitive wages with room to grow if shown potential and ability to work your way up the hierarchy system. Leadership roles could be available once proven fit after a 3-6 month period. You will be hands on with preparing seasonal rotating menus, daily specials, and features. You will be learning hands-on classic cooking techniques with our experienced chefs. We focus on: made from scratch recipes, fresh ingredients, creativity and taste/eye appeal with our food. Always taking into account the "wow" factor with our guests. Building a culture based on sustainability; maintaining a work/life balance. Fun working environment and having an educational and teaching mentality throughout all staff members.

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shall cooperate in performing any other duty deemed reasonable and necessary by the supervisor or management.
- Prepares menu items in accordance to set standards and specifications.
- Assist in stocking and rotation of inventory as it arrives and insuring invoices are accurate.
- Achieves the vision set forth in the Food and Beverage statement; to treat our customers and ourselves with respect, and cultivate warmth, friendliness and pride.
- Ensures cleanliness of the kitchen walk-in coolers and storage rooms.
- Must operate in a safe manner at all times.
- Represents the club in a professional and exemplary manner and promotes the success of the club to guests, staff and any other parties.
Experience / Education / Certification Requirements:
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner line cooking skills
- High School education or its equivalent.
- Basic cooking skills
Physical Requirements:
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures fumes and exhaust.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. overhead.
- Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping.
