Prep/Line Cook Jobs

We are seeking a talented and experienced line cook to join our team at our bustling bakery caf?. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious Swiss dishes, breakfast items, sandwiches, and salads for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be comfortable working under pressure.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and freshness
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, sandwiches, and salads according to recipes and customer orders
• Follow all health and safety rules and regulations
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure all orders are prepared and served promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Requirements:

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• At least 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
