The Role

The clinical and product teams serve as the subject matter experts in life science delivery and clinical services incorporating clinical practice in our product development and implementation processes and drives the execution of life science portfolio. The Life Science Program Management team builds relationships internally and externally to deliver the whole product solutions to our partners and customers. As a project manager you will leverage years of experience to build teams and deliver world class health solutions to execute Viz clinical life science projects.

As we build and scale our company, we are looking for a Life Science Project Manager who will:

• Be a teammate, motivator, listener, driver, and owner of the job to be done
• Identify and anticipate issues, risks and solutions, proactively coordinating and executing solutions
• Be the person who knows when to listen and when to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Develop and maintain "just-in-time" project assets, materials and resources, while proactively ensuring all PM software and SF are updated per agreements
• Coordinate teams, activities and meetings, leveraging impeccable communication and a knowledge project management methodologies to execute the "Job To Be Done"
• Coordinate and manage projects for assigned life science initiatives, driving cross-functional teams to success

Requirements:

• Team player with experience working cross-functionally
• Willingness to move quickly and embrace ambiguity to deliver high-quality work
• Discretion and judgment with confidential company information
• 2-4+ years of experience working within and across teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Knowledge of multiple Project Management Tools, Excel & PowerPoint required, proficiency with Tableau and Salesforce preferred

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Salary Range: $92,500 - $119,000
