Job Description
Cassia, a nonprofit healthcare provider operating in five states, is hiring a Full-Time Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our corporate office support team! In this position, you will provide IT support for end-user equipment and solutions in a fast-paced environment. As an Level 2 IT Support Technician, you will make decisions to effectively prioritize and execute daily tasks. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong trouble shooting skills, and an eye for detail.


This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Mon - Fri at our corporate office in Edina, MN.


Pay Range: $52,000 / year


IT Support Technician responsibilities:


  • Provide assistance with A/V and conferencing solutions.
  • Gather, enter, and maintain accurate information and data regarding end-user issues within designated tracking system.
  • Escalate problems to Network Operations team as appropriate.
  • Utilize remote management and support tools to troubleshoot end user devices.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • Provide second-level support to staff requests through phone, e-mail, help desk ticketing system, and walk-ups.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving workstation, network, and application-related problems.
  • Contribute documentation to help desk ticketing system and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of peripheral devices, such as printers and scanners.
  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of workstation and mobile devices.
  • Perform advanced Active Directory management of computers and user accounts including account modification, password resets, and accounting onboarding & disabling.
  • Provide advanced support and management for endpoint security, mobile device management, self-service password reset, spam filter and web filter.


IT Support Technician skills and requirements:


  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Associate’s degree in IT/IS/Computer Science or 2+ years of recent related experience required.
  • 1+ year experience imaging computers and other hardware.
  • Valid MN driver’s license required.
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly, business-friendly and technical language.
  • 3+ years experience in help desk environment - supporting Active Director, MS Office & mobile devices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
