The Legal Department Summer Intern will be responsible for ad-hoc projects, including administrative functions, drafting documents using templates for review by attorneys and research projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with inventory and revision of standard contract templates.
  • Improve electronic storage of client MSAs and CDAs, and vendor agreements in the Legal Department shared drives.
  • Adheres to strict code of confidentiality as it relates to clients and policies and procedures of Company.
  • Performs other tasks and projects as requested by members of Legal Department.
  • Provides excellent Customer service to all internal and external clients
  • Assist with data privacy projects as assigned.
  • Update as necessary Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and confidentiality Agreement (“CDA”) tracking chart to include all active MSAs and CDAs.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects.
  • Adheres to Company Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures and Corporate Policies.

Qualifications:
  • Must be self-motivated and collaborative.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS office.
  • Enrolled in College or University
