Two (2) years of general workforce experience.

Assist physicians, nurses and researchers during clinical studies.

Assist with patient recruitment and study enrollment

Perform routine physical/clinical procedures such as phlebotomy, blood pressure readings, pulse etc.

Prepare procedure room, change linen and paper, stock gowns, sheets and other supplies.

Experience with Excel; and familiarity with both Windows and MacOS, including basic system management.

Data collection and analysis experience

Demonstration of completed projects using either Matlab or Python

This is a fixed term position expected to last two years (through July 2025)

Full-time position, expected to work 37.5 hours per week

Internship / Student Trainee / Final Thesis

Three-week internship in late-Q3 or Q4 2023.

Solid understanding of database management, personal computers, and presentation/imaging software.

Experience with routine laboratory procedures, experimental protocols, and overall lab organization is preferred.

May assist with animal husbandry.

Maintains lab equipment and related records.

Transports, processes and logs samples.

Maintains computer database with relevant clinical information.

Team management and line management

Minimum 8+ years of experience within the market research industry

Strong primary research and insights agency experience (Quant and Qual)

Proven track record working remotely with international teams

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Experience in neuroscience and using animal models

Perform Zebrafish breeding and conduct behavioral experiments.

Conduct two-electrode voltage clamp electrophysiology experiments

Perform standard molecular biology and biochemistry techniques, including plasmid amplification, subcloning, molecular mutagenesis, PCR, and protein expression and purification

Perform duties as assigned to support the research activities in the lab

Must have working knowledge of MS office.

Update as necessary Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and confidentiality Agreement (“CDA”) tracking chart to include all active MSAs and CDAs.

Improve electronic storage of client MSAs and CDAs, and vendor agreements in the Legal Department shared drives.

Assist with inventory and revision of standard contract templates.

Assist with data privacy projects as assigned.

Performs other tasks and projects as requested by members of Legal Department.

Mouse colony management and mouse exposure experiments

Maintaining and cleaning laboratory and preserving inventory of material, supplies, and equipment needed for experimentation.

Performance of molecular biology experiments including gene and protein expression, mouse genotyping, and PCR.

Cell culture experiments and maintenance of cell lines

Making solutions, cell culture medias, and reagents.

Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in technical or scientific writing preferred.

Mentorship with experienced research and research administration professionals.

Well organized: Keeps information organized and accessible and manages time well.

Knowledge of the conduct of clinical and non-clinical research preferred.

Conduct literature review, internal and external environmental scan to recommend ideal topics for the SOPs.

Coordinate a consensus driven implementation plan to prioritize and create the SOPs.
