Marketing Department Intern Jobs

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a marketing or tech related environment.

Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Adobe Workfront).

Internship / Student Trainee / Final Thesis

Three-week internship in late-Q3 or Q4 2023.

Must have working knowledge of MS office.

Update as necessary Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and confidentiality Agreement (“CDA”) tracking chart to include all active MSAs and CDAs.

Improve electronic storage of client MSAs and CDAs, and vendor agreements in the Legal Department shared drives.

Assist with inventory and revision of standard contract templates.

Assist with data privacy projects as assigned.

Performs other tasks and projects as requested by members of Legal Department.

Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in technical or scientific writing preferred.

Mentorship with experienced research and research administration professionals.

Well organized: Keeps information organized and accessible and manages time well.

Knowledge of the conduct of clinical and non-clinical research preferred.

Conduct literature review, internal and external environmental scan to recommend ideal topics for the SOPs.

Coordinate a consensus driven implementation plan to prioritize and create the SOPs.

Software: strong knowledge of standard graphic design software

Hardware: strong knowledge about computers, internal networks, VOIP systems, handheld devices

Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines

Take ownership of the work created in the department

Strategizing with Supervisor to meet or exceed quality expectations without compromising project margins

Understanding and estimating the length of projects and driving the design of art pipelines to meet deadlines

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

There may also be a component of supporting product launch tactics.

High School Diploma and ideally pursuing a college degree

Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

Organized, dependable, and detail oriented

Ability to multi-task and take initiative
