Legal Counsel Jobs

As Legal Counsel with 1-3 years of professional legal experience you will serve as both strategic thought partner and subject matter expert for teams across the company. This exciting opportunity includes advising on a wide range of legal matters, focusing on commercial agreements. In our work, we aim to be smart, industrious, creative and, above all, collaborative.

We are looking for a smart, motivated, self-starter attorney, early in their legal career, looking to make impact at rapidly growing SaaS company.

How you'll make an impact:

• Provide legal advice and closely work with all teams at Yotpo, with focus on the Sales, Customer Success and Partners organizations.
• Provide general legal support to our global business on an as-needed basis.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret a wide variety of commercial agreements including SaaS agreements, partner agreements and NDAs.
• Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and commercial/legal processes.
• Advise business stakeholders, taking into account the relevant legal issues and risks, agreement structures, approval processes, and company policies and procedures.

About you:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively and proactively provide sound legal advice, exercise good business judgment, and work collaboratively with other attorneys, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 1-3 years of experience practicing law in the technology space
• JD from an accredited law school; bar admission and in good standing to practice law in your relevant jurisdiction.
• Attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated teaming ability to work well with, influence, and inform diverse groups, including peers and customers.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing various agreements.

Base Salary $88,200 - $95,000

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
