WizeHire is an award-winning platform that helps small businesses grow with a better way to hire. We are currently assisting a local customer source top talent to fill their Legal Assistant - Paralegal position in Laguna Beach, CA, US
We are seeking a legal assistant or paralegal for our growing law firm who can help our attorneys assist our clients and keep the office running smoothly. You will work with the team to prepare a variety of legal documents, and handle office correspondence including answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings and travel, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines. If you are an excellent multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and organization skills, and you are looking for a dynamic and supportive law firm with interesting and rewarding cases, we want to hear from you.
