        Program Description:

        Our Leadership Accelerator Program is a development opportunity for future leaders to thrive within our Specialty Care Business Unit. This multi-year developmental program will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of Sanofi’s business. This is a fantastic program to get your foot in the door at Sanofi and take on a highly specialized role where you will have full training, development and mentorship throughout your career journey.

        Candidates will need to have the flexibility to relocate. You would initially be hired into a field-based individual contributor role. You will spend time in our 900,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in Cambridge MA, and potentially other locations as you rotate through the organization, eventually settling into our Cambridge home office.

        Who You Are:

        As an emerging leader, you’re ready to accelerate your journey and transition from experienced talent without a pharmaceutical background to join Sanofi’s Specialty Care team, a business unit focusing on rare diseases, rare blood disorders, neurology, immunology, and oncology. A dynamic self-starter interested in achieving and exceeding individual and organizational sales goals. Action-oriented and innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit that is motivated to deliver success. You seek to gain experience with a cutting-edge pharmaceutical company that is committed to making positive impact on patient’s lives. You desire to gain experience, develop yourself and grow your career with future roles at Sanofi with increasing levels of responsibility.

        Basic Qualifications:

        • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and leadership qualities
        • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required
        • Relocatable within US for a field-based individual contributor role and eventual relocation to home office in Cambridge, MA
        • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future is required
        • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take strategic action to positively impact customers and patient’s lives.
        • Desires corporate home office experience over time
        • Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary - additional travel may be required within the assigned territory
        • Prior professional experience with proven results
        • Demonstrates learning agility, apply and communicate technical/scientific knowledge
        • Rising star profile - high performer with high potential; Aspires to evolve as a leader
        • Highly motivated and self-directed individual who demonstrates excellent planning & organizational skills.
        • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree attained from an accredited university/college
        • Early career professional (2-4 years’ work experience)
        • Seeking entry to Biotech/Pharma industry
        • Excellent collaboration with team members to reach common goals
