Lead Assistant Superintendent Jobs

Minimum of five years of construction experience. Past work should include multiple ground-up, wood-frame multi-family projects as a Lead Superintendent

Project experience should include projects greater than $30M

Software experience in Procore & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)

Experience in leading and resolving problems of subcontractors and vendors

Ability to read and interpret drawings

$160,000.00 – $190,000.00 base salary

2+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a developer or GC.

Must have knowledge in vertical construction including wood framing, drywall and finishes.

Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

Effective oral communication and writing skills

$90,000.00 – $120,00.00 base salary + bonuses
