Lead- Global Internal Employee Communications


Plays a central role in driving understanding of our company’s business strategy across our global employee population- and embedding our company’s Purpose- Vision- and Values into their lives. Reporting into the Associate Director Global Internal Communications- this role will help develop and implement a central employee communications strategy- built in collaboration with key global collaborators and Zone communications leaders.


What’s on the Menu?


  • Help build a global community of internal communicators- engaging team members and comms leaders around the world from our commercial and supply chain populations.
  • Support a Sr. Communications Specialist in the development and execution of key communications routines- including weekly/monthly updates- local engagement campaigns and key employee and organizational announcements- providing oversight and quality control.
  • Work closely with our Executive Leadership Teams to develop company-wide messaging and content- including written messages- video- audio and graphic/written content- and speeches and talking points.
  • Play a key role in leading employee engagement channels and developing a channel strategy + centralized internal communications strategy with Internal Employee Communications leadership.
  • Use cultural and audience insights in your critical thinking- helping to develop a communications strategy that builds trust- instills organizational clarity- and positively engages employees throughout their Kraft Heinz experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on tone- content- and cadence of messaging across key topics including- but not limited to- ESG- DEI&B- company strategy- brand updates- M&A- innovation- and employee experience.
  • Treat your teammates with respect and patience- and are a proactive- self-starter who gets excited by an extraordinary idea (and are willing to roll-up your sleeves to make it happen).

  • I have experience working in a public relations / marketing communications function experience leading internal and external communications- corporate communications- issues management and team member engagement- ideally in a fast-paced global commercial organization or in a client-facing role.
  • I have success in handling multiple projects and leadership skills with outstanding organizational and planning skills in a complex business environment.
  • I have the ability to maintain a steadfast work pace with the ability to change course quickly.
  • I have strong communication skills- both written and verbal- with a strong command of the English language and the ability to simplify complicated messages.
  • I am skilled in dealing with critical- complex- and confidential issues and situations.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment


We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
