Job Description
LAW FIRM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WARREN TWP, SOMERSET COUNTY Law office with concentration in Estate, Elder, Tax, and Business Law is seeking to hire a Regular Full-time front office administrative assistant with a welcoming and bright attitude. Ideal canditate must be organized, capable of multi-tasking, computer savvy, and have a professional and compassionate telephone presence. Must maintain client confidentiality. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision. If that is you, we want to meet with you! Your Duties: Communicating with clients and professionals via phone and email, physical and electronic file set-up, scheduling appointments, preparing the office for client meetings, mail intake and delivery, and various other tasks to maintain the firm's professional atmosphere and efficiency. The front office administrative assistant supports 3 attorneys and 3 staff members. Job Requirements : High School Degree or GED, prior experience using (or confident ability to learn) Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams, Outlook, Calendar, Excel, etc.) Background in law or other professional office preferred but not required. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hourly rate: This is an hourly paid position with opportunity for overtime pay when needed. The rate will COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE, opportunity for increase after pre-determined period of time within your first year. Benefits: paid holidays, vacation and sick days; retirement plan after qualification period. Date to Fill: We are hoping to fill this position as soon as possible and have the selected candidate on or before August 15th.
