We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Label Manager to oversee various aspects of our electronic music record label. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electronic music scene in the US, excellent communication skills, and a well-connected network of industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the record label's release calendar and oversee the label's operations, ensuring that all releases are delivered on time
• Manage the label's finances, including creating and managing budgets for releases and promotional campaigns
• Oversee and manage a team of staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the label
• Build relationships with industry professionals, including other labels, DJs, and music journalists to help promote the label's music
• Manage the contract-signing process with artists, producers, and other industry professionals
• Coordinate the distribution of the label's music to digital stores, streaming services, and physical retailers
• Communicate effectively with the design team and marketing team to ensure that all promotional materials are delivered on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in music business, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
• Experience in managing budgets and finances
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electronic music scene in the US
• Well-connected with a strong network of industry professionals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
