Job Description

Looking for HealthTech Consultant to be part of CitiusTech's Medical Technology and Consulting team.


Role: HealthTech Consultant


:

As a HealthTech Consulting Partner at CitiusTech, you will drive the solutioning and strategic initiatives within CitiusTech’s large accounts. This role is part of the customer success team and requires close collaboration with other functions such as Delivery, account management, sales, consulting.


Key responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate thought leadership by identifying solution opportunities for CitiusTech’s customer.
  • Lead workshops with key customer stakeholder to build strategic roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and plan initiatives that lead to growth.
  • Provide required support to the Sales team with new proposals, responses to the queries and preparation for customer meetings.
  • Engage with the sales/account management teams to supporting key customer discussions.
  • Build strong relationship with client stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
  • Developing an understanding of customer landscapes and identifying key strategic priorities and new initiatives
  • Engage with to multiple clients, architect/ design with key accounts.
  • The person must be in seller/ doer role.
  • Provide guidance to CitiusTech business analysts/delivery teams to understand customer roadmaps and identify opportunities for growth.


Key Success Measures:

  • Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved support to the sales and delivery teams. Ability to grow new business opportunities with existing clients to meet overall revenue goals.


Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of the key drivers in the industry – Medical device regulations (FDA, MDR, ISO, IEC, etc.), Value Based Care, etc. and emerging trends
  • Solid client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of SaMD, SiMD, Medical device V&V, Digital health platforms, device connectivity, device management and serviceability a plus
  • 7+ years’ experience of experience in medical devices / Medical imaging / Healthcare Technology space


Skills (Desired)

  • Strong knowledge of at least 2-3 medical device or imaging systems belonging to any of the
  • Players
  • Good understanding of sales processes and experience in consultative selling
