Record Label Appointment Scheduler

Jazzy B Records is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to manage scheduling and communication for the record label. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for:

• Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics for appointments as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date appointment schedules for Jazzy B and other team members as needed
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
• Ensuring timely communication and follow-up regarding scheduling changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments for Jazzy B, including meetings with music artists, producers, and other industry professionals

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the music industry or related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Google Calendar or Outlook
• Ability to work independently and within a team
