Your Areas Of Responsibility
- Cooperate and collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure customer awareness of related products and their technical requirements.
- Set prices and negotiates terms and conditions.
- Has extensive knowledge of the key account’s worldwide activities, product portfolio and applications.
- Represent customer interests towards FUCHS and vice versa. This includes identifying customer needs, evaluating business fit while applying a solutions-based approach to selling to obtain RFQ’s and/or other commerical opportunities.
- Develop new opportunities with existing and new key accounts.
- Coordinate the business of key accounts globally as interface between the key account and the FUCHS stakeholders, such as Product Management, Research & Development, Administration, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Logistics and Marketing.
- Proficiencient in use of MS-Office applications.
- Strategic vision and planning while being proactive, and goal orientated.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in sales and key account management.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering or related discipline. Preferred background in chemical or automotive.
- Experience in lubricants and/or automotive industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the U.S.
