Junior Marketing Designer

Trillion, an award-winning creative agency based in Summit, NJ, is seeking a junior marketing coordinator to join our team full-time (remote). Trillion specializes in marketing, branding and identity projects including print media, digital design and web development. Our clients range from non-profits and regional businesses to global multinational clients.

We are looking for an organized, self-starter who can work closely with the rest of our growing marketing and design team. The right candidate will have a mix of graphic design and marketing skills. You must be a strong communicator, be detail-oriented, a digital native, and take initiative to keep projects on time as well as meet client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ability to work simultaneously on various project scopes from single social media posts to larger digital campaigns
• Add content to client websites via WordPress CMS, Squarespace, and Wix
• Design needed graphics for marketing campaigns: banners, flyers, social media posts, email graphics
• Assist Marketing Director in implementing innovative marketing campaigns
• Build and send out emails via Mailchimp

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Meta Business, Google Ads and Analytics, social media platforms as well as Canva is a plus
• Team player mentality
• Strong understanding of the core concepts of graphic design and typography
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress CMS, Google Workspace, and Mailchimp platforms
• Well-versed in digital and print media
• Strong project and marketing management skills including the ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Interest in learning new skills and software
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities within tight timeframes
• Advanced skill set using the Adobe Creative Cloud products, especially Photoshop, InDesign, XD, and Illustrator
• Proficiency in project management platforms

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:

• 1-2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably some experience at a marketing agency or within a marketing department
• A bachelor’s degree
• Authorization to work in the US

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
