Who You Are

We are looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer, to join our design team and assist in creating both internal and external marketing materials. The Junior Designer will ensure that all marketing material matches our branding, quality, and professionalism. They will coordinate with the Senior Manager and other team members to create digital and print marketing material.

Communication is a big part of the job, so the junior designer must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process.

Responsibilities

• Keep team files and folders organized and updated as material is created
• Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
• Consistently review old marketing material and ensure it is updated to match new branding guidelines
• Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
• Ensure branding guidelines are being followed by reviewing all marketing materials before they are distributed to clients
• Print and digital design production
• Keep track of tasks and project progress in Asana project management platform
• Ensure timely completion of projects and effective project management
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Account Management Departments on projects from the design phase to final approval
• Flexibility in implementing a creative brief and adapting based on constructive feedback
• Plan and create various marketing materials for print and digital use, such as flyers, mailing cards, posters, and sales collateral

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills (layout, typography, color, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
• Working knowledge of design requirements for digital as well as print
• Highly organized, flexible, and resourceful
• Detail-oriented, organized, and task-focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Experience with Google Slides a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
