Working remotely, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on unique brands and dynamic campaigns that draw an emotional connection with the intended audience. You’ll work alongside the Creative Director, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters and the entire agency team, learning from the best and brightest in the business, as you hone your design skills through crafting a wide range of print and digital deliverables that meet our client’s high standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Execution & Quality Assurance:

• Collaboration with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters and the entire agency team, including participating in brainstorming sessions and kickoff meetings
• Ensuring that assigned projects are completed to spec and free of errors
• Designing and executing a wide range of print and digital deliverables while adhering to client brand standards

Growth & Learning:

• Consulting with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Marketing Managers and more to ensure agency objectives are met
• Seeking professional development, including researching and learning any new tools or software needed to perform the job
• Participating in monthly meetings with the Creative Director or Senior Art Director to learn and be mentored to ensure career goals are nurtured and achieved

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience / Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite and/or Microsoft applications and comfortable with the Mac OS
• A solid portfolio of design and advertising work
• 1-3 years minimum of agency experience, standout recent grads will be considered
