Weekly Pay $600 - $1200

As an Event Assistant you'll be the first point of contact for all customers. You'll help guide customers through the buying process, use your excellent customer service skills to make sure they have a five-star experience, and be responsible for all aspects of event set-up. Your strong communication skills and ability to work with others will ensure you're a valued member of our team.

With client demand to increase representation. We expanding our events portfolio and looking to recruit a new team of Junior Events Assistants.
Events Assistant Responsibilities
- Recommend and match customer to products and services that meet their needs
- Keep up to date with product information and new releases
- Setting up and managing promotional events at pre-booked sites across Denver
- Manage point-of-sale
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Engaging customers, striking up a rapport to establish a relationship to identify customer needs
Requirements and skills
- A great team player
- Good communication skills (verbally and in writing)
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Track record of working to targets and meeting KPIs
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A background in customer service (1 year preferred)
