Recent college graduate with 0-2 years of work experience, demonstrable experience as intern using excel-based tools and analysis preferred

Fundamental working knowledge and better-than entry level familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity or experience using PowerBI, Tableau or other analytics software is a plus.

● Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or another applicable field

Previous management consulting, corporate strategy and banking, and/or payments experience preferred

Play an integral role on a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients

2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into key strategic insights

1-3 years of experience, ideally in management/strategy consulting, sales & marketing operations/strategy, commercial go to market, or business operations/strategy.

Be eager to learn and be a sponge in improving consulting acumen, skillsets, and collaboration

Proficient level PowerPoint, Excel, and Data Visualization skills

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with executive leadership and clients.

Hybrid work environment (2 days/week on-site) with 4 weeks of fully remote work per year to work from wherever you want.
