Position Details:

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is a cruise industry leader, owner, and operator of three world-renowned cruise brands with global product offerings. RCI’s Revenue Management department plays an indispensable role in the company’s efforts to remain as the premier brand in the industry.

As a Revenue Management Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for revenue optimization through inventory management of our products and assisting with pricing execution. This involves inventory and tactical pricing management of our close-in departures. You will support and work closely with Senior Analysts on your team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ad hoc Reporting and analysis
• Execute Strategic Inventory Optimization (Berthing)
• Tactical pricing implementation support
• Manage tactical pricing and inventory on close-in departures/Oversell resolution
• Policing including balance dues and busied cabins
• Sailing management back up

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university required with focus in quantitative discipline preferred
• Understanding of revenue management concepts
• One year of related experience in financial / business analysis or related field preferred
• Understanding of macro and micro economic concepts
• Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data to independently make decisions and recommendations
