Junior Recruiter (Remote)

VivSoft is seeking a junior recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. What You Will Do

• Motivate current employees to refer using referral bonus and other methods
• Recruit for internal R&D and Platform Development team (emerging tech)
• Lead and drive full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback, decision making, negotiations, and offer process
• Predominantly focus on attracting emerging tech talent for our federal (80%) and local/state (20%) contracts
• Provide excellent interviewing experience
• Understand and articulate our offerings to talent prospects and what it means to each employee
• Recruit for corporate positions
• Build a pipeline of top technical talent and leverage internal AI/ML based hiring platform/tools to consistently improve our database
• Contribute to Staffing Plan for proposal responses
• Fill positions within customer-prescribed timelines
• Continuously contribute to and improve our recruiting playbooks
• Contact and engage candidates, leading their experience throughout the process
• Help maintain and update job and candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System/Talent Relationships Management System
• Recruit for key personnel (proposals and awarded contracts)
• Work with Marketing to improve brand recognition for easier hiring
• Source high quality talent leads to maintain healthy talent pipeline funnel

Skills We Are Looking For

• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and meeting deadlines
• Resourcefulness, self-sufficiency, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are highly valued
• Exceptional people and customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, information technology, or related field
• Propose and adhere to recruiting targets and metrics/KPIs/OKRs (i.e. time to hire, minimum quality levels per week among others)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with emerging tech highly desired (DevSecOps, Cloud, Data Science, AI/ML among others)
• Willingness and desire to learn
• Build relationships and leverage resources at the corporate and on the ground to recruit as a team

Starting salary depends on relevant experience and estimated amount of time to up-skill and begin contributing to team outcomes. Overall compensation package includes base annual salary + comprehensive benefits package (healthcare benefits, PTO, 401k retirement, and more).
