This person is a go-getter and enjoys working with their customers one-on-one throughout the entire phase of the project. We train new Project Managers from the ground up. To be successful you must be willing to learn our sales methods.
What you'll be doing in this sales role:
• Prospect new customers and provide estimates on new roofing options
• Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters in a given sales territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Provide an outstanding customer experience • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Check roof quality, inspect the damage, and monitor the construction progress
• Keep team and customer informed along the entire project
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
Things you need for this sales position:
• Previous work experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred but not required
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Organized
• Friendly
• Responsible
• Can-do attitude
• Strong working knowledge of CRMs or Microsoft Suite
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to multi-task with jeopardizing production
