About Hound Labs, Inc.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing of deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of opportunities, engaging with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media) to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Actively engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation activities to establish initial contact with potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions and self-study.
- Conduct prospecting to identify new business opportunities by researching and qualifying potential leads.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings, tailoring presentations to match customer needs.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Great work ethic, ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting workloads, and an eye for making decisions that ensure the success of key internal and external stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and qualify potential customers.
- (Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach) experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
- Full-time position.
- Days and hours of work may be variable depending on business needs.
- Occasional evening work may be required as job responsibilities demand.
- Exposure to moderate to loud noise and light as typical in a manufacturing environment.
- Indoor position that requires sitting at a computer for an extended period.
- Travel to vendors, conferences, company meetings, and other events may be required.
