Jr. Analyst Jobs

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivatedJunior Analystto join our team on afull-timebasis. As a Junior Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our research and consulting efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our clients. This is an entry level position and training will be provided; position requires an individual who is eager to learn and demonstrate initiative. Scheduled Monday-Friday, 9pm to 5pm. Work some holidays.

Duties include:

• Act as a primary point of contact for representatives, effectively communicating with them to address inquiries, provide guidance, and support their needs. Will also be responsible for recruiting new representatives.
• Search the internet for information.
• Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources.
• Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product.
• Inspect and analyze reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
• Answering phones, fax, mail, etc.
• Entering high volumes of data into database.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Degree Preferred but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prior experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge and experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds.
