It Test Lead Jobs

This is a remote position.

• Develop and implement the overall SAP test strategy, test plans, and test cases, through stabilization phase, ensuring alignment with project goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Establish and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, test reports, and testing-related metrics.
• Monitor testing progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the SAP project manager, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and scope.
• Analyze entry, exit Criteria for the SIT Cycles and testability of project requirements/scope.
• Provide coordination and follow-up with onshore and offshore team members to drive project success.
• Additional duties may be assigned from time to time.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, promoting best practices, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
• Run defect Triage calls, track and manage defects, providing timely updates to stakeholders and driving issue resolution.
• Complete all test strategies including entry/exit criteria, schedule, test case creation automated/manual, plan regression testing, plan stress/load testing, test environment plan, test data plan, test communication plan, test resource plan, test case execution, business participation and sign-off, defect process, and test and defect reporting.
• Coordinate with business users and subject matter experts to facilitate UAT and ensure smooth user adoption. Translate business requirements, technical specifications into functional test cases from JIRA user stories.
• Prepare Test deliverable documents and create KM documents.
• Create and execute test scenarios both in system testing and SIT phases. Including all Interfaces, Integrations between systems, API's, File Transfers etc.

Requirements

• Experience with DevOps and Continuous testing is a plus.
• Experience with creating cross platform manual and automated test plans and test cases.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, functions, integration points, data, and security aspects.
• This role is remote, and allows for standard operating hours, however, must be able to work flex hours to accommodate US West Coast, US East Coast, and UK-based time zones, based on business need.
• Understanding of Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with QA processes, test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and automating tests.
• Direct hands-on experience in Jira/Zephyr is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to translate technical information into terminology understood at all levels of users, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Load/Performing testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, dynamic environment.
• Experience with testing of all phases on minimum 2 SAP projects with at least one in the Test Lead capacity.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• SAP functional area certificcation is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problems.
• Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role in SAP implementation projects.

• Ability to lead multiple projects simutaneously.
• Ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list, and execute to Test plan.
• Experience involving SAP S/4 Hana Test Script development, maintenance & execution.
• Sound knowledge on designing test cases and test data sets for test execution.
