We are currently looking for Test Engineers to work with customers to design and conduct tests, direct technicians, and generate test documentation. Our tests span various engineering fields including mechanical, electrical, fiber optic, and aerospace.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute customer tests from conceptualization through fabrication and completion according to customer statements of work to ensure an efficient, high-quality test delivered within cost parameters and on schedule
- Participate in design reviews, test readiness reviews, and program status meetings with customer and Experior Labs personnel.
- Work on a variety of projects across multiple engineering disciplines
- Author test plans, procedures, and work instructions as required by customer documentation
- Design and assemble test fixtures as required per customer requirements, test plan, and test standards
- Independently design, setup, instrument, and oversee assigned test tasks as required by customer test plans and instructions
- Operate a variety of computer-automated and manual test equipment, including data acquisition systems, environmental chambers, vibration and shock systems, and assorted measurement transducers
- Develop strong communication and working relationships with both Engineering and Operations teams to ensure company objectives are achieved
- Direct and lead test technicians to support and execute assigned test tasks
- Analyze and document test data to ensure the accuracy of test results according to internal documentation processes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident status required (due to access to US export-controlled information)
- Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Demonstrated a high degree of technical and organizational capability
- Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to develop creative solutions in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience desired (recent graduates welcome to apply)
- Experience building and working with DAQs for test article command/control and data gathering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required for customer interaction
- Must be a team player able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD modeling software
- Must be hands-on with a good understanding of basic mechanical or electrical concepts
- Experience in test engineering running and/or managing test projects
- Experience reading, interpreting, and following industry standards and customer test plans
- Familiarity with qualification testing such as thermal cycling, vibration, shock, thermal vacuum, electrical testing, or fiber optic testing.
- Experience selecting, setting up, and using DAQ hardware and software (e.g. NI LabVIEW) and associated sensors and transducers

- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Standing/Sitting: 50% / 50%
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:
- The bulk of testing will be performed in climate-controlled test laboratories.
- Climate controlled office areas.
- Work is also sometimes carried out in a warehouse environment.
