Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the onsite operational aspects of IT and user devices. You will take an active part in the technical planning within Servicedesk and contribute to ensure a best-in-class user experience. You will ensure to stay on target with regards to deliverables, by stressing quality in all aspects of the development cycle and by prioritizing when necessary. You will also contribute to ensure continuous improvement in our IT environment.

What you will be doing

  • Optimize Service desk Process and workflow
  • Onboarding and offboarding users and related equipment.
  • Support via ServiceDesk and onsite.
  • User administration in Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems.
  • Creation of user guides and other documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Participate in various IT projects.
  • Troubleshooting of Laptops/desktops, SaaS applications, and onsite equipment.

What will be required of you

  • Valid driver’s license and valid passport
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
