Job Description

We are in search of a great Technical Recruiter to join our growing global team! to grow with us as we continue rapidly expanding.


Tasks


What you’ll do:


  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality and culturally fit talents.
  • Work as a part of the Operation team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations in the LATAM region.
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Stay active currently with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
  • Start and maintain a relationship with external recruiter companies.


Requirements


Requirements:


  • Develop and release job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Angelist, and other job boards.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
  • Work and form relationships with operation team and internal managers to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.


You must have:


  • A strong process-driven focus; Must have strong communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Minimum 3+ years of corporate technical recruiting experience
  • A self-motivating, flexible, and focused attitude; driven to work independently and collaborate on projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting for a wide variety of different roles across different departments
  • A background in candidate sourcing - using databases, utilizing new tools and extensions, reaching out to passive and active candidates
  • Experience in Full Cycle recruitment.
