  • Leading and tracking progress of project plans to the team and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the key stages and goals
  • Identifying post-deployment tasks and issues, transitioning application administration to the support team and conducting post-mortems
  • Standardizing project documentation as templates and maintaining documents, deliverables, issues, and risks on a project site.
  • Ensuring that data governance approval processes, Business Systems controls and best practices are being followed
  • Assisting in prioritizing stories in sprints to align with project and sprint goals
  • Proactively identify areas of process improvement and application rationalization
  • Monitoring and communication of decisions made by stakeholders.
  • In cases where vendors are included in projects, collaborating with aligning and managing the progress of activities
  • Reporting progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor, escalating any issues as appropriate in a timely manner - Initiating corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Working with stakeholders to refine and document requirements with clear acceptance criteria
  • Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
  • Ensuring that requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria are prioritized, clearly defined in Jira stories and dependencies at the application and integration level are identified
  • Coordinate or compile the reporting of metrics to measure the success of meeting project and company goals
  • Managing expectations, scope creep and impacts to timelines.
  • Planning and execution of project activities and aligning resources to ensure that cost, time, and quality goals are met
  • Have a leading role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders

Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience that encompassed multiple full system development life cycles from initiation through post implementation
  • HS Diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to advocate a creative atmosphere, facilitate productive meetings, and envision a final product and user adoption early in the design and/or development process.
  • Ability to quantify project success with cost and data related metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.
  • Participates as part of a team, understanding the various work styles of others and their roles on the team. Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to the goals and objectives of the team. Seeks help from other team members as appropriate
  • 5+ years end to end experience with large-scale implementation projects utilizing industry standard development and service delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to identify project risks by defining risk strategies and developing the risk management plan.
  • Ability to develop cooperative relationships to achieve results through a win-win relationship.
  • BA in an IT-related discipline, Business Management
  • Awareness of cultural diversity and can embrace and capitalize those differences; applies knowledge in decision-making process.
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • 5+ years’ experience utilizing Software Development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall as well as managed services support structure and best practices.
  • Current PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations, and strengths, taking appropriate action to pursue developmental activities to strengthen skills and experience.
  • Program Management experience of Salesforce, Saas applications, integrations and related reporting
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Monday and Jira
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies.

Additional Information


DOE, salary $130K - $155K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
