About the Job:

ATG is looking for an exceptional technical manager and team builder that can oversee and mentor the team managing our corporate IT server and services infrastructure across several global offices with hundreds of users in a fast-paced and growing company. You will work closely with our executive leadership to define and lead large initiatives and help the team execute a technology plan to support the company.

To be successful in this role you have the following skills:

• Strong familiarity with hypervisors, VMWare products, including ESXi/VSAN environments
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other engineering departments on mission-critical projects
• Familiar with security best practices, patch management, and common defense systems
• A passion for orchestration, high availability, security, BCP, and larger environments
• A strong understanding of computer hardware
• Strong familiarity with OSI Layers 3-7, networking concepts, and firewalling
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft server products, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SQL Server, etc. in large and highly available cluster environments.
• Experience with Azure Cloud federation and global syndication of authentication and services
• Excellent leadership skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a well-organized approach to problem-solving, mentoring, and being a resource for your team

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $130k to $150k.This position will also include a 401k with 50% matching and profit sharing that is dependent on a variety of factors.
