Inventory Intake Associate Jobs

You will oversee the intake of new inventory by weighing, measuring and processing new product. You will play a vital role in ensuring on-hand inventory counts align with vendor invoices and adjust any discrepancies as necessary.You will be part of the team that barcodes, measures, and quality checks each piece of inventory at receipt. At times you will be independently responsible for the whole process, other times you will be part of one or more steps of that process. You will collaborate with our Customer Service team in resolving any inventory-related customer issues. You will collaborate with our Marketing team by ensuring all new products are pulled and available for photoshoots. You will play a role in developing systems to make the Adeline Clothing warehouse more efficient. You will maintain the flow of inventory to ensure efficient and safe inventory handling for our Picking/Packing team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.

Requirements

• Open availability Monday through Friday and availability to work one Saturday a quarter
• Experience with a Warehouse Management Software preferred.
• High organizational skills
• Ability to be on your feet and walk up to several miles during a shift
• Proactive mindset
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
