2 + years in vendor and contract management with a sponsor company or CRO managing various phase clinical trials.

Minimum Education Required: bachelor’s degree in scientific or business discipline.

Experience with vendor selection (conducting RFPs, proposal review, and budget negotiations)

Experience in contracts, legal agreements, and financial budgeting preferred

Experience in RFP procurement software a plus

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree and three years of Phase I Clinical outsourcing experience.

Negotiate and manage clinical development contracts, including vendor CDAs, MSAs, and Work Orders for external clinical service providers.

Develop robust relationships with vendors and manage the selection process in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Experience in managing Phase I CROs and clinical study vendors.

Create RFIs, RFPs, and contract templates to facilitate vendor selection and contract negotiation.

Aid Associate Director in costing trials for internal planning purposes.

Experience working in fully outsourced clinical study management and monitoring models

Category Management: Consolidate business needs

Bachelor’s degree (management or science preferred)

Minimum of 10 years in Sourcing/Procurement or vendor management in the pharma

Mentor and train Sourcing Managers on category specificities and methodology

Facilitate evaluation of potential vendors through effective bidding process & capabilities presentations

10+ years previous management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage client relations.

Apply a process of continuous review and proactive management of absenteeism and attrition across all teams, taking appropriate action where necessary.

2-3+ years of relevant industry experience, with substantial experience working with BPOs or outsourced vendors

Perform activities assigned by Line Manager while residing at Almac within all Packaging areas (i.e. Secondary, Primary, Refrigeration).
