Duration: Three months with the possibility to extend

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analysis Intern to support our Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will measure training course completion rates, survey feedback, knowledge and skills gained, and return on investment (ROI) for our training programs. In addition, the Data Analysis Intern will be responsible for identifying the lowest performers and steps within the legal process where performance could be improved.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs and develop methods for measuring progress against these KPIs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track training program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze data related to training programs, including participant attendance, training evaluations, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain data-driven training program forecasts and budgets.
• Develop and implement processes for collecting and analyzing data related to the impact of training programs on employee performance.
• Forecast throughput and capacity of training based on the hiring forecast & business direction
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on training program performance, including trends, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with training teams to identify areas for improvement in training content, delivery methods, and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., data science, statistics, business analytics, or related field).
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation is a plus.
• Familiarity with learning and development principles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively present data to stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Data Analysis Intern will work closely with the Learning and Development team and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that will help improve our training programs and ultimately drive business success.
