Summary: The Inside Sales Representative (Solution Specialist) will assist customers in finding a solution or service that will fit their lawn care, tree care and/or pest control wants and needs. The Inside Sales Representative will also provide the best Unmatched Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assists residential customers in the lawn care, tree care or pest control needs and find the appropriate solution/recommendation for our customer and/or prospects

Become a trusted advisor for customers and build long-term relationships that result in increased retention and add-on sales

Solution-based selling for inbound/outbound prospects

Ability to achieve sales goals utilizing solution-based selling

Cultivates leads and referrals through coworkers (technicians and office staff) and current customers

Generates emails and estimates for proposed services

Resolve customer issues, complaints or any questions

Monitor sales reports for insight into strengths, weaknesses and opportunities

Maintain sufficient knowledge of lawn care, tree care and pest control programs that Ziehler offers

Obtain and enter accurate data into CRM while speaking to customers

Requirements:
High School Diploma

Previous sales experience – Preferred, but not required

Previous customer service experience - Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
