A leading luxury laboratory-grown gemstones and wholesale jewelry company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow our brand presence inside independent retail stores.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a drive to succeed, and the ability to communicate the brand, both written and verbal, effectively, is a must. Travel will be required to trade shows and possible store visits. This is an office-based position, and remote work is not available.
Duties:
·Effectively identify potential leads, and educate them on the company’s products through calls, presentations, and training.
·Secure new branded jewelry accounts.
·Expand existing clients into carrying more products.
·Forge relationships and build long-lasting partnerships.
·Provide exceptional customer service to existing partners.
·Compile sales data to create successful sell-through for existing partners.
·Manage existing accounts to ensure program adherence.
·Travel to trade shows as necessary.
Qualifications:
·2-4 years of luxury sales experience is preferred.
·Jewelry or gemology background is a PLUS.
·Excellent interpersonal skills.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team setting.
·Highly self-motivated.
·Ability to cold call prospects.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office.
·Great attention to detail.
·Working knowledge of CRM systems.
