Under the direction of the National Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with Territory Sales Managers, clients, and members of their team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction. Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations.
- Experience working with distributors, end users and manufacture's rep groups.
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Receives general supervision from the National Sales Manager.
- Associates degree and/or 2-5 years sales experience in a Call Center.
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications.
- Minimum 40 WPM typing
- Able to prioritize.
- Self-motivated needing minimal direction.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
