At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Inside Sales Manager who oversees the daily operations in a growing department responsible for converting high value leads into qualified opportunities for Outside Sales. This individual is responsible for managing the department holistically, including the dialer and other technologies leveraged by this team. The Inside Sales Manager should have specific experience with running high volume, fun focused, contact centers.
First year On-Target Earnings are $125,000 - $150,000
Essential Job Functions
  • Position and sell the company products to customers
  • Maintain follow-up procedures to new clients correctly and initiate them under minimal supervision
  • Create a process-impelled workflow for inside sales support and leading follow-up and qualification
  • Develop call scripts for inside sales support to use with lead generation and qualification
  • Develop, train and manage inside sales support team for technology or software organizations
  • Create team compensation structure and performance metrics
Competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills required
  • Technical acumen and knowledge of organization’s products
  • Ability to prioritize work as well as meet tight deadlines, with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle effectively multiple projects
  • Ability to train others in telesales or telemarketing function
  • Ability to work in a fun and energizing team environment
Education/Experience
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing an inside sales/telemarketing department or call center
  • Min 5 years Previous Sales Management experience
  • Previous budgeting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of solar energy field, preferred
  • BA/BS or combination of education, training, and experience

Base Salary
$75,000—$90,000 USD
