Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide meeting support – video conferences, webinars, and presentations
  • Must be available to work fully onsite Monday through Friday
  • Effectively communicate with end-users, peers, vendors, and management
  • Create service tickets to track technology issues
  • Dispose of equipment according to firm approved procedures
  • Provision and configure mobile devices and applicable apps
  • Image and provision new desktops and laptops
  • Essential Functions of Job:Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to end-user technology issues
  • Adhere to Information Security policies and procedures
  • Manage and support technology hardwareInstall upgrades as required
  • Occasional after hours and/or weekend support for high priority requests
  • Take ownership of tickets escalated from the help desk
  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment and work with vendors or other IT personnel to resolve
  • Follow best practices for hardware deployments and upgrades
  • Maintain Video Conference equipment
  • Provision and decommission accounts and equipmentProvision and decommission network accounts
  • Follow Asset Management Procedures and update database in real-time
  • Maintain office AD security and distribution groups
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives
  • Video Conferencing for inter and intra-office conferences Set up and monitor video conferences

Qualifications and Experience Required Qualifications: Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Document Management Systems (NetDocuments, iManage, etc.), Active Directory, computer hardware maintenance and repair, printer and copier configuration and troubleshooting, MDM and iPhone/Android phone services. A basic understanding of Internet protocols, data connectivity methods and remote access technologies. Telephone and voicemail system training as well as wireless networking and video conferencing system knowledge a plus. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this position with the ability to work effectively with end-users, IT peers, vendors and managers. Individual will work as part of the Information Technology Team providing 24x7 support as needed. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a Microsoft Environment. Medium to Large environment preferred.

Computer/Software KnowledgeRequired: Windows 10, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Active Directory

Work Environment This position requires that you work physically in our Del Mar office Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime will be required.

Travel RequirementsUp to 10% travel for cross support between the Del Mar and Downtown San Diego offices. The TSA may be required for occasional light travel to local venues or hotels to assist with technology needs such as setup or delivery of equipment.
