Position Overview:
Levi Technologies LLC is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Information Security Intern. This internship will provide you with an opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to our information security program. As an Information Security Intern, you will be involved in various projects related to security best practices, policy development, security awareness, and security operations.
Responsibilities:
•Research best practices across various security domains, including cloud security and application security.
•Assist in the development of security policies and procedures.
•Conduct security awareness training for employees.
•Support security operations and monitoring activities.
•Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
•Participate in security assessments and reviews.
•Assist in the documentation of security-related processes and procedures.
Requirements:
•Interest in information security, particularly in areas such as DevSecOps, product security, and cloud security.
•Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
•Strong project management skills to handle tasks independently.
•Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
•Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and accountable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Note: This internship will be conducted remotely, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location. You will be reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer and collaborating with other team members to support our information security initiatives.
