Location: 2 Grand Central Tower, New York, NY - In-Office, Hybrid Schedule

What’s the role?
As an Influencer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, client retention and upsell opportunities as well as delivering first class end to end influence focused campaign.
You will build meaningful relationships with clients in order to understand their individual needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer loyalty. Success will be measured by campaign performance, rebooked revenue, and overall client satisfaction.

Give me a breakdown of what an Influencer Account Manager at Brainlabs does:
  • Encourage collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams to offer our clients the best value possible.
  • Engaging with our influencer team to source the best influencers and produce engaging branded content.
  • General understanding of social metrics
  • Deliver innovative creative ideas: Propose impactful creative ideas to both new and existing clients by contributing to proposals, pitches and client innovation sessions.
  • Increase repeat revenue: Cultivate meaningful relationships with key clients by providing tailored strategies, innovative creative solutions and impressive campaign performance to forge new opportunities for financial growth.
  • Provide top service and delivery: Deliver first class campaigns and client servicing in order to drive repeat revenue with a focus on long term partnerships and client loyalty.
  • Managing campaigns from start to finish working with influencers and our clients to achieve the highest results.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs: through your overseeing of the campaign, you will be identifying opportunities to service the client better, both through BAU and innovation.
  • Maintaining relationships with brands to help them achieve their long-term marketing goals through our various products and ad formats which is sometimes done best in-person so you should expect to travel (no more than 10% of your time) to meet with clients and influencers.
  • Strategy: Utilize data, insights and your cross vertical marketing expertise to recommend impactful strategies to clients and the internal team.

What particular set of skills would suit this role?
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Must be meticulously organized and have the ability to manage your campaigns and workload.
  • Will have a great track record of managing 5 star campaigns.
  • Will be a confident up seller, and will always be on the lookout for opportunities to generate more revenue.
  • Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets
  • Will be comfortable with numbers and manipulating basic data to communicate the value of a campaign back to a client.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and the industry as a whole.
  • Will be an excellent communicator - ensuring clear, strategic solutions are confidently presented.
  • Experience of working with an international team and across various markets domestically with strong awareness for timezone considerations.
  • Minimum 3 years of account management and sales experience from a similar background (influencer marketing, digital media).
  • Demonstrate alignment to our company values

The salary level for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 USD annually. Within this salary level, individual offers are determined by a variety of factors including job-related experience, skills, etc. Your Talent Acquisition Partner can share more about the salary level during your hiring process.
